SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Windows:

 

  • Windows 2000, Windows XP
  • Pentium III processor (or higher)
  • 256 MB available RAM (more memory recommended)
  • Hard drive with at least 50 MB space available
  • Color monitor (VGA-compatible at 1024 x 768 resolution
  • CD-ROM drive
  • Internet connection and Web browser to access Web links (optional)
  • Adobe Reader 7 or higher (available on CD)

 

MAC:

 

  • OS X 10.3 (or higher)
  • G3 (or higher)
  • 256 MB available RAM (more memory recommended)
  • Hard drive with at least 50 MB space available
  • Color monitor (VGA-compatible at 1024 x 768 resolution
  • CD-ROM Drive

INSTALLATION TIPS:

 

Windows:

1.       Insert the Student Navigator disc into the CD-ROM drive.

2.       Double-click on the My Computer icon on the desktop.

3.       Double-click on the icon for the CD-ROM drive to open the disc.

4.       There is nothing to install. The disc had PDF files to read.

 

Macintosh:

1.      Insert the Student Navigator disc into the CD-ROM drive.

2.      Double-click on the disc to open it.

3.      There is nothing to install. The disc has PDF files to read.

Issue:   Will this program run on Windows Vista? 

             Will this program run on an Intel MAC? 

 

Solution:   Cursory testing performed on Windows Vista and Intel MAC machines have not revealed any issues. 

 

Our customers use a wide variety of operating systems and applications, and our software must be developed to be used on some lower end systems to meet customer needs.  Because of this, we cannot guarantee our software will always work as expected as new operating systems and other applications are developed.  We encourage you to give our products a 'test drive' on any new system you plan to implement.  If you are not satisfied with the performance of our product, we will do our best to deliver a compatible product to you in a timely manner or refund your money.

Issue: Is this program net workable?

 

Solution:  No the disc has to be in the drive in order for the program to run.
