Solution: The Scan Student Info option is not listed
under Utilities on a Macintosh computer because it is a Windows only feature. |

Issue: The
Export feature doesn’t let me change the ‘Save file as.’ OR I can’t find the export file I created. |

Solution: On a Mac, there will not be an option to
change the file type. The developer
confirmed an issue with the export feature and an update is expected shortly. Before performing the update, back up the Data sub-folder, saving it to the
desktop, as it contains user logins and info.
After updating, copy the Data
folder back in. |
