GENERAL ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS:

Issue:   Will this program run on Windows XP, 2000, NT 4.0, ME, and Macintosh OS X?

Solution:   Cursory testing performed on Windows XP, 2000, NT 4.0, and ME machines have not revealed any issues.  On Macintosh, the program will run in O/S X if PowerPoint is installed on the hard drive; if using Microsoft PowerPoint 98 Viewer, Classic Mode will launch.

Note: Testing on Windows 2000 and XP was performed as a Power User only.

Issue:  I am trying to use the PuzzleMaker software that came with Presentation Plus! and cannot edit or create a puzzle.

Solution:  To create and edit puzzles, you need the full version of PuzzleMaker.  Since the version on the CD is not a full version of PuzzleMaker, you can use existing puzzles that are on the CD-ROM or obtain the full version.

Issue: When I click Outline View all I see are the slide icons, but no outline.

Solution:  The PowerPoint developer for this program set the slides up without any title or subtitle boxes that PowerPoint recognizes. Since these are the boxes that outline view draws text from, there is no text to appear in the outline view. There is no known way to make PowerPoint recognize certain text boxes as title or subtitle boxes.
